How to place an order with you?
1. First step. Before placing an order with us please choose "USD" option in "Currency selection" menu. "Currency selection menu is located just under "Shopping Cart" menu.
2. Second step. Choose the items you would like to order and take them into your cart. You can take the items into your cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" icon net to the photo of the gem.
You can see the image of your Shopping Cart in the upper left corner, just over the "Currency selection" menu.
3. Third step. After you finished your shopping and all the desired items are placed in your cart please proceed to the next stage and click "Place an order" button.
Later you can check the items in your shopping cart, remove any of them or continue shopping.
4. Fourth step. Please choose shipping method as Small Packet International (via air-mail).
Shipping costs are worked out separately and attached to your order.
5. To place an order with us please choose the payment method and fill in all the details ONLY for the fields which have notes in English. They are: phone number, delivery address (please include your ZIP code and your country), your full name and e-mail address.
6. After you finish your shopping and fill in all the necessary forms please click "Place an order" button. Your order will be sent to our manager automatically.
NOTE. Please fill in ONLY the fields which have notes in English (they information must be partially dubbed in Russian).
Please ignore all the fields the notes to which are on Russian ONLY. You DON'T NEED to fill them in. They are for shipping and delivery within the territory of Russia.
Ordering Information FAQ.
1. The items which you place to your shopping cart are not considered to be put aside. An item is considered to be put aside for you AFTER you have clicked "Place an order" button. Then the orders are checked by our manager and completed. After that y a confirmation of your order and payment information will be sent to you via e-mail.
2. After you placed an order no other customer may place the same items into his or her Shopping Cart.
3. Please check that your full name, ZIP-code, country and delivery address are correct.
4. You are to contact us within 2-4 days to confirm your order. Otherwise your order will be cancelled.
5. Please pay for you order within a week.
6. E-mail is the major contact method. We know that international phone calls are not that cheap. Thus, phone is used only for force majeure.
